Order Fulfillment
The company reserves the right not to fulfil any order, in which case a refund will be issued, e.g. by PayPal, Google Checkout, online banking or credit card refund transaction; refunds are not made in cash or by money transfer systems such as Western Union. (see Pricing Errors below)
Pricing Errors
Whilst the company tries to ensure that all the prices on jeanettesargent.com are accurate, errors may occur. If the company discovers an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund of any monies paid (see Order Fulfillment above).
Returns Policy
(Purchases made through this website)
For
our customers peace-of-mind, we offer a 7 days money-back guarantee.
If
the customer is not satisfied with the purchase within 7 days of receiving
the item, the seller will issue a full refund against the purchase price
of the item, postage and packing costs are not refundable.
Goods may only be returned for a refund in accordance with the following
conditions:
The
item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt - no refund
will be made for products returned later than 7 days from the date of
signed delivery.
Before
the customer returns any item, the seller must be informed of the intention
to return the item and the reason for return.
The
item must be in "as new" and re-sellable condition, unused,
returned in the original packaging and be in the same condition as it
was when received (see Damaged Goods below).
The
customer is liable for the cost of returning the unwanted item. Returned
goods are sent atthe customer's risk. The customer is strongly advised
to use Recorded Delivery (Signed For) or Special Delivery and to insure
the item for its full value. We will not be held responsible for any items
lost in the post.
Full
refund of the original price paid for the item (not including P &
P costs), will be issued once the item is received back and its condition
has been inspected. See below for information about damaged goods. Refunds are made by electronic means, e.g. PayPal, Google Checkout, online banking or a credit card refund, they are not made in cash or any other non-traceable means.
Any queries concerning jewellery purchased from third parties, such as retailers, should be addressed to the third party concerned.
Damaged or Missing Goods
All
goods are sent via Recorded Delivery (Signed For) or Special Delivery.
Any damage to the packaging should be advised to the carrier upon signing
for the item.
Goods
should be inspected immediately upon receipt by the buyer. If, upon inspection,goods
are found to be damaged or an item missing, the customer must contact
the seller immediately by email or telephone in order that the appropriate
course of action can be determined. The damaged item, together with all
of the packaging material, must be retained by the customer for possible
inspection by the carrier. Refunds will be made only if the carrier agrees
that the claim is valid. All insurance is provided by Royal Mail and is
subject to their terms and conditions. It can take several weeks for compensation
claims to be settled. Insofar as is possible, the seller will assist in
this process.
Post and Packing for Returned Goods
Any refunds in respect of returned goods exclude the original P&P
charged by the seller and return postage costs incurred by the customer, except where the seller has supplied the wrong item, in which case P&P will be refunded.

All promotions, discounts, vouchers and free gifts are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Where a purchase is in progress but the order has not yet been fulfilled, the purchaser will be offered a full refund if the promotion, discount, voucher or free gift offer has been withdrawn.
Customs
Duties, Import Taxes, etc.
Where a customs declaration is required, e.g. for customers outside of
the European Union, please note that customs duties, etc. are the responsibility
of the purchaser.
